• AI-assisted recommendations
• Strategy reporting
• Platform functionality

We request only the minimum permissions necessary to provide the features described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not request write access to Google Search Console or Google Analytics properties.

Google Search Console

Read-only access to Search Console performance data for connected properties.

Used to:

• Retrieve clicks, impressions, CTR, average position, queries, and page performance data
• Generate SEO analysis, reports, recommendations, and strategy insights

Google Analytics (GA4)

Read-only access to analytics reporting data for connected properties.

Used to:

• Retrieve traffic, engagement, landing page, and session data
• Generate website intelligence and reporting outputs

SEOSuite IQ requests only the permissions necessary to provide the connected analysis features.

SEOSuite IQ's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, SEOSuite IQ:

• Only requests Google user data necessary to provide the platform's functionality
• Does not use Google user data for advertising purposes
• Does not sell Google user data
• Does not allow humans to read Google user data except with your explicit permission, where necessary for security purposes, where required by applicable law, or where limited to internal operations and aggregated/anonymized processing
• Does not use or transfer Google user data for purposes not disclosed in this Privacy Policy

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the SEOSuite IQ platform
• Generate website analysis and strategy reports
• Produce recommendations and recurring insights
• Improve platform functionality and reliability
• Authenticate users and maintain account security

We do not sell your personal information.

SEOSuite IQ uses third-party AI and large language model services to help interpret website evidence, generate recommendations, produce SEO strategy reports, create content briefs, and support platform functionality.

Information sent for AI-assisted processing may include:

• Website URLs, metadata, crawl findings, and page-level evidence
• Search Console and Analytics summaries or selected metrics
• SERP, keyword, and AI visibility evidence
• Business context and user-provided goals when available

We design prompts, evidence bundles, and processing workflows to limit the information sent to what is reasonably necessary for the requested analysis or feature. We do not use Google user data for advertising and do not sell Google user data.

AI-assisted outputs are generated from available evidence and are intended for human review before implementation.

We may share information with limited service providers and processors only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve SEOSuite IQ.

• Service providers that help operate hosting, database, authentication, payments, email, analytics, monitoring, security, and AI processing infrastructure
• Payment processors such as Stripe for subscription and purchase processing
• Integration providers when you authorize or disconnect connected services
• Professional advisors where needed for legal, tax, accounting, security, or compliance purposes
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity

We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the platform, maintain account and billing records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and support legitimate business operations.

Retention may include:
