Terms & Conditions

SEOSuiteIQ is the proprietary intelligence platform Enhance Impact uses to support Business Growth Intelligence services. The service combines automated crawling, search performance analysis, AI visibility analysis, content intelligence, analytics evidence, and AI-assisted interpretation to produce prioritized recommendations, Growth Intelligence Reports, and strategic guidance.

Clients are purchasing analysis, recommendations, reporting, and strategic guidance. Client portal access may support billing, communication, reports, or future functionality, but software access is not the primary value proposition. Implementation work is not included unless separately agreed in writing.

The following offerings may be available under these Terms:

• Website Intelligence - recurring monthly website performance intelligence service per website
• Website Intelligence Onboarding - optional one-time setup and orientation service
• Implementation Services - optional project-based implementation work, subject to review, approval, and separate scope agreement

Website Intelligence is billed at $149 per website per 30-day billing period. Each website has its own independent monthly service lifecycle.

By purchasing or activating Business Growth Intelligence, you agree that:

• Billing begins on the date the service is activated or purchased
• Each service period lasts 30 days from the billing start date
• Each website requires its own active monthly service engagement
• Monthly service engagements renew automatically at the end of each 30-day period unless cancelled
• Service access continues through the end of the paid period regardless of cancellation
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable

Monthly deliverables

Every monthly engagement may include, depending on available evidence and applicability:

• Website performance review
• Search visibility review
• Technical SEO review
• Content opportunity analysis
• Local visibility review when applicable
• AI Visibility review
• Growth Intelligence Report
• Prioritized recommendations
• Monthly executive summary

Each recommendation is intended to include supporting evidence, expected impact, effort estimate, and priority level where available.

Cancellation and scheduled removal

You may cancel or remove a monthly service engagement at any time. When a website is removed or cancelled:

• The website may be marked for scheduled removal
• Paid access continues until the end of the current paid period
• No prorated refund is issued for unused days in the current billing period
• Recurring analysis and new report generation stop after the service period expires
• Historical data, reports, and recommendations may remain accessible for a limited retention period

SEOSuiteIQ reserves the right to archive or permanently remove inactive website data after a reasonable period of inactivity, subject to applicable law and our data retention policies.

Payment failure

If a payment fails, SEOSuiteIQ may attempt to collect payment according to the retry schedule configured with our payment processor. If payment cannot be collected, the monthly service may be marked as past due, expired, or inactive, and recurring analysis may be suspended. Historical data may remain accessible for a limited period.

Pricing changes

SEOSuiteIQ may update service pricing with reasonable notice. Existing clients will be notified of material pricing changes before they take effect.

Website Intelligence Onboarding is an optional one-time service priced at $499. It is not a subscription.

Website Intelligence Onboarding may include:

• Google Search Console connection
• Google Analytics 4 connection
• Site ownership verification via DNS
• Basic setup orientation
• Initial data-source confirmation

Website Intelligence Onboarding does not include:

• Data-flow verification beyond the listed connections
• SEO implementation
• Website editing or development
• Content writing
• Ongoing consulting beyond the agreed setup session
• Unlimited follow-up sessions

Website Intelligence Onboarding is a single engagement. It does not renew and does not grant ongoing support access beyond the scope described above.

Implementation Services are project-based or separately scoped services. They are not included in the monthly Business Growth Intelligence service unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Scope

Implementation Services may include website updates, SEO implementation, technical SEO fixes, content creation, service page creation, blog article creation, local SEO page creation, schema implementation, or landing page development. Scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins.

What may be included:

• Website development
• Website updates
• SEO implementation
• Technical SEO fixes
• Content creation
• Service page creation
• Blog article creation
• Local SEO page creation
• Schema implementation
• Landing page development

What is not included unless separately agreed in writing:

• Unlimited page edits
• Full website redesigns
• Custom software or application development
• Ecommerce catalog management
• Unlimited content writing or article production
• Backlink outreach campaigns
• Social media management
• Paid advertising management
• Unlimited consulting sessions
• Emergency website support
• Hosting, domain, or infrastructure management

Unlimited implementation is not included in any monthly intelligence service. Broader implementation support requires custom scope and pricing agreed separately in writing.

Subcontractors

Enhance Impact may fulfill implementation engagements in whole or in part through qualified subcontractors. Enhance Impact remains responsible for the quality and scope of work delivered under the agreed engagement.

SEOSuiteIQ uses AI and large language model systems to help interpret website evidence, generate recommendations, and produce Growth Intelligence Reports. These outputs are advisory only.

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs, including recommendations, reports, roadmaps, content briefs, and optimization suggestions:

• Are generated from available website evidence
• Reflect conditions at the time of generation
• May not account for every factor affecting search performance
• Are intended for human review before implementation
• Are informational only
• Do not constitute legal, financial, investment, medical, regulatory, or professional advice

Users are responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and deciding whether to implement any AI-generated recommendation, report, content suggestion, or optimization guidance.

Search visibility, customer acquisition, and growth performance depend on many factors outside Enhance Impact's control, including:

• Content quality and implementation
• Technical website configuration
• Search engine algorithm changes
• Competition and market conditions
• Third-party platform behavior
• Timing and consistency of implementation
• User decisions and available resources

Enhance Impact and SEOSuiteIQ do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, revenue, AI placement, search visibility, conversions, or any other performance outcome.

Recommendations, reports, and roadmap items are guidance for human review. Outcomes depend on implementation quality, consistency, competition, market conditions, and factors outside the platform's control.

Search engine optimization produces results over time, not immediately. By using SEOSuite IQ, you acknowledge that:

• Results develop gradually with consistent implementation effort
• No tool or service can guarantee first-page rankings or specific traffic outcomes
• Ongoing analysis and iterative improvement typically produce better outcomes than one-time changes

The service goal is to help you make informed, evidence-grounded decisions that strengthen your online presence over time.

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing recommendations before implementing them
• Ensuring all content you publish is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your audience
• Maintaining access to your website and connected third-party tools
• Keeping your account credentials secure
• Using any client portal or service communication tools in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Confirming that you have authority to connect any website, Google Search Console property, Google Analytics property, or third-party account
• Not misrepresenting your use of AI-generated content where disclosure is required
• Making final decisions about website changes and implementation

Customers retain ownership of their website content, connected account data, and implementation decisions.

Enhance Impact is not responsible for consequences resulting from implementation decisions made by clients or third parties outside the agreed scope.

You agree not to:

• Use the service, platform, or client portal for illegal, harmful, misleading, or deceptive purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or resell platform functionality
• Interfere with platform security, infrastructure, or other users
• Use automated systems to overload, scrape, or disrupt platform services
• Submit website content designed to manipulate, override, or inject instructions into AI systems
• Use the platform to generate unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content
• Access or attempt to access accounts, websites, or data you do not own or have permission to use

SEOSuiteIQ may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

SEOSuiteIQ may connect to third-party services, including Google Search Console and Google Analytics, with your authorization. By connecting these services, you authorize SEOSuiteIQ and Enhance Impact to access and use data from those services to generate analysis, recommendations, reports, and service deliverables.

SEOSuiteIQ does not sell your website data or connected account data to third parties.

You may disconnect integrations at any time. Disconnecting an integration may limit our ability to generate analysis that depends on that data source.

Data retention

SEOSuiteIQ may retain website data, reports, recommendations, website review results, and connected-source data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve service reliability, or support legitimate business operations.

Inactive or expired website data may be archived or deleted after a reasonable retention period.

SEOSuiteIQ aims to maintain consistent client portal and platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, third-party outages, internet disruptions, or unforeseen issues may temporarily affect availability.

Temporary unavailability does not entitle users to refunds, credits, or damages.

SEOSuiteIQ may update platform features, pricing, services, or these Terms at any time. Material changes to pricing or service terms will be communicated to active clients before they take effect.

Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEOSuite IQ is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, traffic, leads, rankings, conversions, or business opportunities
• Website issues resulting from user implementation of recommendations
• Third-party service failures or changes
• Search engine algorithm changes
• AI system behavior or third-party AI platform changes
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages

Our total liability for any claim related to the platform, monthly service, reports, recommendations, or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service period in which the claim arose.

Use of the service and any client portal is at your own discretion and risk.

Standard service support is available for:

• Client portal or report access issues
• Account and billing questions
• Questions about service deliverables

Standard platform support does not include:

• Implementation work outside the agreed service or project scope
• Content writing or editing
• Technical website changes or development
• Custom analysis or deliverables beyond the agreed monthly service
• Dedicated account management
• Ongoing implementation support

Website Intelligence Onboarding is a separate paid service covering setup and orientation. It is not included in the monthly service unless separately purchased or agreed.

Implementation engagements include support only within the agreed written scope.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact SEOSuiteIQ so we can attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the platform, services, reports, recommendations, or services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought individually and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
