SEOSuite IQ is a recurring website intelligence platform that combines automated crawling, search performance analysis, AI visibility analysis, SERP intelligence, and AI-assisted interpretation to produce prioritized recommendations, SEO strategy reports, and content guidance for website owners and operators.

SEOSuite IQ is a self-service SaaS platform. It is not a full-service SEO agency. The platform generates analysis, recommendations, reports, and guidance. It does not automatically implement changes to your website.

The following offerings may be available under these Terms:

• Website Intelligence - recurring monthly subscription per website
• Connection Assistance - optional one-time setup service
• Limited Managed SEO - optional request-based implementation support, subject to review, approval, and separate scope agreement

Website Intelligence is billed at $299 per website per 30-day billing period. Each website has its own independent subscription lifecycle.

By purchasing a Website Intelligence subscription, you agree that:

• Billing begins on the date of purchase
• Each subscription period lasts 30 days from the billing start date
• Each website requires its own active subscription
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each 30-day period unless cancelled
• Access continues through the end of the paid period regardless of cancellation
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable

Cancellation and scheduled removal

You may cancel or remove a website subscription at any time. When a website is removed or cancelled:

• The website may be marked for scheduled removal
• Paid access continues until the end of the current paid period
• No prorated refund is issued for unused days in the current billing period
• Recurring automation and new report generation stop after the subscription expires
• Historical data, reports, and recommendations may remain accessible for a limited retention period

SEOSuite IQ reserves the right to archive or permanently remove inactive website data after a reasonable period of inactivity, subject to applicable law and our data retention policies.

Payment failure

If a payment fails, SEOSuite IQ may attempt to collect payment according to the retry schedule configured with our payment processor. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription may be marked as past due, expired, or inactive, and access to generation features may be suspended. Historical data may remain accessible for a limited period.

Pricing changes

SEOSuite IQ may update subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of material pricing changes before they take effect.

Connection Assistance is an optional one-time service priced at $199. It is not a subscription.

Connection Assistance may include:

• Help connecting Google Search Console
• Help connecting Google Analytics
• Website workspace setup review
• First analysis walkthrough
• Platform orientation session

Connection Assistance does not include:

• SEO implementation
• Website editing or development
• Content writing
• Ongoing consulting or support
• Unlimited follow-up sessions

Connection Assistance is a single engagement. It does not renew and does not grant ongoing support access beyond the scope described above.

Limited Managed SEO is a request-based implementation service. It is not available through self-serve checkout. Engagement requires submission of a request, review by SEOSuite IQ, and explicit approval.

Limited Managed SEO requires an active Website Intelligence subscription for the relevant website.

Scope

Limited Managed SEO may include implementation support for up to 10 actively managed core website pages. Scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins.

What may be included:

• Technical SEO improvements
• Title tag and meta description optimization
• Heading structure improvements
• Internal linking recommendations or implementation support
• Schema implementation support where appropriate
• Existing page content optimization
• Periodic implementation review within the agreed scope
• Recurring report review within the agreed scope

What is not included unless separately agreed in writing:

• Unlimited page edits
• Full website redesigns
• Custom software or application development
• Ecommerce catalog management
• Unlimited content writing or article production
• Backlink outreach campaigns
• Social media management
• Paid advertising management
• Unlimited consulting sessions
• Emergency website support
• Hosting, domain, or infrastructure management

Websites requiring more than 10 actively managed pages, ecommerce platforms, advanced development work, expanded content programs, or broader implementation support require custom scope and pricing agreed separately in writing.

Subcontractors

SEOSuite IQ may fulfill Limited Managed SEO engagements in whole or in part through qualified subcontractors. SEOSuite IQ remains responsible for the quality and scope of work delivered under the agreed engagement.

SEOSuite IQ uses AI and large language model systems to help interpret website evidence, generate recommendations, and produce SEO Strategy Reports. These outputs are advisory only.

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs, including recommendations, reports, roadmaps, content briefs, and optimization suggestions:

• Are generated from available website evidence
• Reflect conditions at the time of generation
• May not account for every factor affecting search performance
• Are intended for human review before implementation
• Are informational only
• Do not constitute legal, financial, investment, medical, regulatory, or professional advice

Users are responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and deciding whether to implement any AI-generated recommendation, report, content suggestion, or optimization guidance.

SEO performance depends on many factors outside SEOSuite IQ's control, including:

• Content quality and implementation
• Technical website configuration
• Search engine algorithm changes
• Competition and market conditions
• Third-party platform behavior
• Timing and consistency of implementation
• User decisions and available resources

SEOSuite IQ does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, revenue, AI placement, search visibility, conversions, or any other performance outcome.

Recommendations, reports, and roadmap items are guidance for human review. Outcomes depend on implementation quality, consistency, competition, market conditions, and factors outside the platform's control.

Search engine optimization produces results over time, not immediately. By using SEOSuite IQ, you acknowledge that:

• Results develop gradually with consistent implementation effort
• No tool or service can guarantee first-page rankings or specific traffic outcomes
• Ongoing analysis and iterative improvement typically produce better outcomes than one-time changes

SEOSuite IQ's goal is to help you make informed, evidence-grounded decisions that strengthen your online presence over time.

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing recommendations before implementing them
• Ensuring all content you publish is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your audience
• Maintaining access to your website and connected third-party tools
• Keeping your account credentials secure
• Using the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Confirming that you have authority to connect any website, Google Search Console property, Google Analytics property, or third-party account
• Not misrepresenting your use of AI-generated content where disclosure is required
• Making final decisions about website changes and implementation

Customers retain ownership of their website content, connected account data, and implementation decisions.

SEOSuite IQ is not responsible for consequences resulting from implementation decisions made by users.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal, harmful, misleading, or deceptive purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or resell platform functionality
• Interfere with platform security, infrastructure, or other users
• Use automated systems to overload, scrape, or disrupt platform services
• Submit website content designed to manipulate, override, or inject instructions into AI systems
• Use the platform to generate unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content
• Access or attempt to access accounts, websites, or data you do not own or have permission to use

SEOSuite IQ may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

SEOSuite IQ connects to third-party services, including Google Search Console and Google Analytics, with your authorization. By connecting these services, you authorize SEOSuite IQ to access and use data from those services to generate analysis, recommendations, reports, and platform functionality for your account.

SEOSuite IQ does not sell your website data or connected account data to third parties.

You may disconnect integrations at any time. Disconnecting an integration may limit the platform's ability to generate analysis that depends on that data source.

Data retention

SEOSuite IQ may retain website data, reports, recommendations, crawl results, and connected-source data for as long as needed to provide the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve service reliability, or support legitimate business operations.

Inactive or expired website data may be archived or deleted after a reasonable retention period.

SEOSuite IQ aims to maintain consistent platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, third-party outages, internet disruptions, or unforeseen issues may temporarily affect availability.

Temporary unavailability does not entitle users to refunds, credits, or damages.

SEOSuite IQ may update platform features, pricing, services, or these Terms at any time. Material changes to pricing or subscription terms will be communicated to active subscribers before they take effect.

Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEOSuite IQ is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, traffic, leads, rankings, conversions, or business opportunities
• Website issues resulting from user implementation of recommendations
• Third-party service failures or changes
• Search engine algorithm changes
• AI system behavior or third-party AI platform changes
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages

Our total liability for any claim related to the platform, subscriptions, reports, recommendations, or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific subscription or service period in which the claim arose.

Use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.

Standard platform support is available for:

• Technical platform issues
• Account and billing questions
• Platform navigation and usage questions

Standard platform support does not include:

• Done-for-you SEO strategy or consulting
• Content writing or editing
• Technical website changes or development
• Custom analysis or deliverables beyond platform output
• Dedicated account management
• Ongoing implementation support

Connection Assistance is a separate paid service covering setup and orientation. It is not included in standard platform support.

Limited Managed SEO engagements include support only within the agreed written scope.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact SEOSuite IQ so we can attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the platform, subscriptions, reports, recommendations, or services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought individually and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
