Connect Your Data

To get the most value from SEOSuiteIQ, start by connecting Google Search Console and Google Analytics. These two sources provide the core performance, search, and traffic data that SEOSuiteIQ uses to generate tailored insights for your business.

SEOSuiteIQ does not replace Google's tools. It helps you interpret the data, identify what matters, and surface opportunities based on your site, business type, and goals.

Connect Google Search Console

Google Search Console provides visibility into how your site appears in Google Search. It includes impressions, clicks, click-through rate, average position, indexing information, and page/query performance.

How to connect Google Search Console

Step 1

Sign in to Google Search Console with the Google account you want to use.

Step 2

Add your website as a property.

  • Domain Property (recommended): covers your full domain, including subdomains and both http/https versions
  • URL Prefix Property: covers only the exact URL entered

Step 3

Verify ownership using one of Google's supported methods.

  • DNS TXT record
  • HTML file upload
  • HTML meta tag
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager

Step 4

Submit your sitemap.

  • Go to Indexing - Sitemaps
  • Enter your sitemap URL, such as `/sitemap.xml`
  • Click Submit

Step 5

Make sure you are using the correct Google account and have access to the property you want to analyze.

  • If you are connecting your own site, use your verified account.
  • If you are working on behalf of a client, the client may need to add your Google account under Users & Permissions.

Connect Google Analytics

Google Analytics helps you understand how users interact with your website, including traffic sources, engagement, and behavior.

Important Note

Make sure you are installing Google Analytics on the correct website.

If you manage multiple sites (for example, EnhanceImpact and SEOSuiteIQ), double-check that:

  • the property matches your intended site
  • the tracking code is installed on the correct domain

Installing GA on the wrong site will result in incorrect or missing data.

How to set up Google Analytics

Step 1 - Sign in

Sign in to Google Analytics with your Google account.

Step 2 - Create or select a property

Create or select the correct property for your website.

Step 3 - Set up a data stream

  • Go to Admin - Data Streams
  • Select your Web data stream
  • Copy your Measurement ID (format: G-XXXXXXXXXX)

Step 4 - Install the tracking tag

Add the Google Analytics tracking script to your website.

If using Next.js:

  • Add the script to your main layout or root component
  • Ensure it loads on every page

Example structure:

  • load gtag script
  • initialize with your Measurement ID

Step 5 - Verify data collection

  • Go to Reports - Realtime
  • Open your site in another tab
  • Confirm that activity appears

Step 6 - Confirm access

  • If this is your site: ensure you have admin/editor access
  • If working with a client: they may need to grant your account access

What Happens Next

Once your Google Search Console and Google Analytics data are connected, SEOSuiteIQ begins analyzing that information automatically.

Instead of manually switching between dashboards and reports, you'll start seeing a more organized view of what is changing, where performance is shifting, and which areas may need attention.

  • changes in search visibility
  • traffic and engagement patterns
  • page-level and query-level trends
  • potential issues affecting performance
  • emerging opportunities worth reviewing

How SEOSuiteIQ Adds Value

Google Search Console and Google Analytics are valuable sources of raw data.

Google Search Console helps you understand how your site performs in search.

Google Analytics helps you understand how users behave once they arrive on your site.

SEOSuiteIQ builds on top of that data by helping you interpret it more quickly and focus on what matters most.

  • identify meaningful changes instead of scanning raw dashboards manually
  • surface patterns across search performance and user behavior
  • help highlight what may need attention first
  • reduce noise and make reporting easier to interpret
  • organize findings into a more usable workflow

Google tools collect data.
SEOSuiteIQ turns it into direction.

Search and AI Discoverability

Search is evolving beyond traditional rankings alone.

Businesses are increasingly being discovered through both major search engines and AI-powered systems that rely on clear business information, structured content, and strong website signals.

SEOSuiteIQ helps you evaluate and improve signals that influence how your business is understood across these environments.

  • identify gaps in business clarity and site structure
  • surface issues related to discoverability and machine-readable signals
  • highlight opportunities to strengthen visibility across search systems
  • support a clearer view of how your site may be interpreted beyond standard dashboard metrics

SEOSuiteIQ is designed to help you move beyond raw reporting and toward clearer decisions for both traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery.

You're Ready

Once your data sources are connected, SEOSuiteIQ can begin organizing your information into a more actionable view.

You can then use the platform to review changes, monitor patterns, and identify next steps with greater clarity.
